Getting pre-approved for a mortgage loan is the first step! The lender will give you a pre-approval letter, this way you know what price range to look in. We are more than happy to suggest lenders for you!
In all reality, the home buying process varies due to many factors such as sellers, lenders, inspection, etc. Michigan Home Sale will work tirelessly to ensure your home will close in a a timely manner.
You'll see what is considered a "buyer's market" when home prices start to decline and there is a reduced demand.
To be honest, most home buyers pay little to no fees for using a realtor. There are two different types of agents in a transaction. One (listing agent) represents the seller, the other (buyer's agent) represents the buyer. Upon listing, the seller's agent designates a commission percentage. The seller's agent then splits this commission with the buyer.
You are more than welcome to use any agent you would like, however, keep in mind, when calling the number on the sign, the agent is more likely to show listing biased and lean more towards the listing client. A buyer's agent will have the same access to information the seller's agent has. They will also negotiate for you, keeping your mind at ease!
